Just love these tasty gummies. I bought them to see if they would help me sleep and possibly help with some aches and pains.
They seem to really be helping to keep me calm and relax enough to have a good night's sleep. They do not make me sleepy or drowsy at all, they just have a calming effect on me overall which allows me to go to sleep.
If I am feeling overly anxious during the day I can eat one and not have to worry that I am not going to be able to function.
