Absolutely love the full spectrum cbd oil tincture. I place a dropper full under my tongue and leave it there for a few seconds. Then wash it down with some water.
I find it has helped relax me for a good nights sleep and is lessening my arthritis aches in my knees.
I also believe that it totally helped with a sinusitis that I was experiencing. (I also used the cooling lemon releaf balm on my face for congestion and sinus pain)

I’m enjoying the product and have already started to see the benefits it offers. The flavour is not my favourite and has definitely taken some getting used to, I just try to take it quick as possible.
